We are offering local businesses and individuals the opportunity to get involved in or support this project!
Our key vision is to establish a community cafe & hub where young people with additional needs learn new skills, gain work experience and are supported in their transition to work and a more independent adult life.
We are currently completing a 7-year funding projection and working to find a permanent venue for No Limits Community Café & Hub.
We are applying for further Big Lottery Fund support (after our initial £10,000 award) so we can start to employ staff, take volunteers, offer work placements, specialist traineeships and apprenticeships to young people with disabilities.

Within the first 12 months we aim to be a Disability Confident Employer, Autism Friendly, Makaton Friendly and Dementia Friendly. With our supportive Total Communication setting, specialist job coaches and training material we are confident this goal will be achieved!
As a Community Interest Company, it is important for us to continue to fundraise in order to support our set-up and ongoing work. Aside from our baked goodies and NO LIMITS MAKATON CHOIR (coming in May 2019) we also run a monthly Pop-Up Makaton Signing Cafe for parents/carers and professionals! We don’t intend to stop there and have many fund-raising opportunities in the pipe line!
There are many ways you can get involved and support No Limits CIC :
- When we are open order produce from us for your staff meetings, group lunches or conferences.
- Sponsor a Pathway student, Trainee (£600/year), Apprentice (£8000/year) or Job Coach (£15000) for a year.
- Sponsor or donate a specific piece of equipment for the café/kitchen.
- If you are a catering establishment and have any surplus equipment, consider contacting us to see if we could use it.
Please get in touch if you are interested in supporting No Limits in any way, we would love to hear from you!
