We had the most MAGICAL and heart warming time welcoming young visitors to the cafe to meet SIGNING SANTA 
Santa wanted to make Christmas extra special for our guests and so practiced his Makaton signing with the help of his signing elf (who when she isn’t assisting the rest of the elves in the North Pole is also a Regional Makaton Tutor)
We really wanted to make sure that this Christmassy experience was as inclusive as possible.
Our little visitors had fun making Magical Reindeer Food 
Decorating their own Hot chocolate to enjoy with a cookie 
They all got to meet, talk and sign with Santa and then enjoyed a reading of ‘twas the night before Christmas ‘ where we didn’t hear a pin drop!
Unfortunately, we made the decision to cancel this Saturday’s session, due to new Covid measures, however everybody still had an exciting delivery to their door by ones of Santa’s helpers AND a video of the big man SIGNING to those he didn’t get to see!
